Even in these difficlult economic times we are pleased to report that, 'Audio Network' our library music for TV and film which we sub-publish in the areas Cyprus and Greece, was listed number 384 in the Deloitte list of the 500 fastest growing technology, media and telecommunications (“TMT”) companies across the whole of Europe, Middle East and Africa with growth of 423% over the five years to 2011.

Andreas Georgallis is now composing the finishing song for the Mega TV show 'DanSing For You'. To be recorded this week here at City Studios and released next week! Author is Revekka Roussi and artist, Christos Dantis.
The show will be televised on sunday 30/10/2011 from MEGA TV.

Jazz sensation 'Yaala Ballin' Records her latest album 'On The Road' at City Studios

We were very pleased to have Yaala come to our studios to record her latest album 'On The Road'. She came with some excellent musicians: Zaid Nasser, Chris Byars, Vahagn Hayrapetyan, Ari Roland, Keith Balla. Recorded live in our main studio and mixed in USA.
We are very proud of the magic TV series 'Mystifier', which is one of the TV series that we are working on doing location recording, post production and music editing from our own music library 'Audio Network' has just received a Merlin Award. The Merlin Award to magic is what the Oscar is to the movies.

City Studios MD, Andreas Georgallis composed this new release which went into major production pulling some of the best musicians in from around the globe. It is sure to be one of the biggest productions to have come from Cyprus and perhaps the Greek music industry. The amazing Cypriot singer Despina Olympiou was chosen to sing and the song will be used as the new title music for Cypriot TV series 'Gymnoi Aggeloi' on Mega TV. Please click here to listen:

We are very proud to be hosting vocal coacher Alex Panayi who will be helping this years contestants of 'Get On Stage', the second series of the talent show on Cyprus TV channel, Mega. We will also be supplying all the playbacks for the show.

BBC Radio 1 Xtra broadcasts live show from City Studios for 'Ayia Napa' Special.

On the 13th August, BBC Radio 1 Xtra broadcast a live show from City Studios Main Music Production Studio. It was a very special show with DJ Target and many guests who came together to write and record the ultimate summer anthem by the end of their 3 hour show. It was a crazy session with about 25 people in the studio to try and accomplish the best result for this never done before challenge, on air! DJ and presenter; Target, attempted this with the help of Mz Bratt, Slick Don, Sniper, Lioness, Mr M, Champion, Aggro Santos, Majestic, Ed from The Wideboys, Neutrin
o and Simon the house engineer.

'Performance', a new talent show starting on CYBC (PIK 1) holding auditions each week has called upon the skills and personnel at City Studios to produce all music tracks and coaching for each contestant. Our own team of producers and musicians are delivering several high quality playback tracks each week for the broadcasts. Alongside the production, all contestants visit the studio prior to their appearance on the show to have some studio experience and some coaching/advice from our very own Andreas Georgallis.
